Terms Of Service

By commissioning you agree with all the stated T.O.S, make sure you read them! ~━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━General Terms<sup>- I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
- All drawings will include my watermark that you may not remove it.
- All commissions are Personal Use ONLY including emotes and badges, selling merchandise with those isn't allowed without a commercial license.
- I usually stream the commissions but that doesn't mean I will stream them all on my Twitch channel. > here
- If you wish your commission to be private an extra fee will be applied. The work will not be streamed or shared on social media until the agreed-upon release date.
- You should credit me anytime you use my artwork, either on Twitter or Twitch Panels, in any way you see fit.</sup>━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━Process<sup>- Submit a clear and detailed commission request with written & image references attached in a Google Document. Don't try to submit multiple forms, it's easier to keep all the info in one file only.
- Estimated turnaround 1-2 months! - [Excluding Live2D Models]
- Revisions and edits will only be accepted during the sketch phase, you have up to 3 revisions, and 1 extra revision in the final stages of the commission work. Any extra and major revisions will cost an extra.
- After the project has been done and delivered, NO more revisions can be made.</sup>━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━Payment<sup>- PayPal payment only. - A total of 10% PayPal fees will be added to the base price of all services I provide.
- All transitions will be made via PayPal invoice - no donations via Twitch or direct payments to me will be allowed.
- Commissions must be paid 100% upfront before the final delivery.
- Payment plans can be considered in bigger commission work (depending on the size).</sup>━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━Commercial License^{+100% base price: promotional material (Twitch, YouTube, online shop, website, VTuber branding)}Extras:<sup>Rush Fee: +25 - 50% based on urgency
NDA [non-disclosure agreement]:
- NDA +50% to 75% - The work will not be streamed or shared on any social media or portfolio until the agreed-upon release date.
- Extensive NDA +100% - No work will be shared indefinitely on any platform or in my portfolio..</sup>━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━Refunds / Cancellation<sup>- The buyer is not allowed a refund once I start working on the commission.
- If for any reason I am unable to finish your commission, you will receive a full refund and the current commission progress will be disposed of.
- If you cancel your order before I started it, you will get a full refund.
